Practical help for busy teams
Better tools for the work you already do.
We help organizations use AI well with the tools they already have, and we build something custom when those tools fall short.
What we do
Ways we can help
-
AI audit
We find out how your team uses AI today and where you'd like to use it, then tell you where it will help most. How it works.
-
Guidelines and shared habits
Simple rules for what's fine, what needs a second look, and what's off limits, so the whole team works the same way.
-
AI training for teams
Hands-on sessions for ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini: what each one does well, how to ask for what you need, and prompts your team can share.
-
Workflows and automation
We take a task your team repeats every week, like intake, approvals, reports or inbox sorting, and set it up in the tools you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, Slack and others.
-
Custom builds
When your current tools can't do the job, we build something small and focused. What that looks like.
-
Ongoing support
We stay on after launch to fix things and adjust as your team changes.
AI audit
Start with how AI is already used
Most teams already use AI, approved or not. Before we change anything, we find out what's happening and what you want to happen.
-
How you use AI today
Which tools people use, for what, and how often, including ones nobody formally approved.
-
What you want from it
The tasks that eat time and the ideas your team already has.
-
Where it helps most
We sort the opportunities by how often the task comes up, how much time it takes, and how risky it is. Some are quick wins. Some can wait.
-
Safe, shared use
What should never go into an AI tool, where a person needs to review the result, and how the team can work the same way.
Tell us what you need About 7 to 10 minutes.
What you get: a short written summary of what we found and a few recommended first steps. If something needs a custom build, we'll scope it with you.
Custom builds
When your tools can't do the job
Sometimes the problem is bigger than the tools you have. We build small, focused things that fit how your team already works, starting with the simplest version that solves the problem.
- A booking page and a shared calendar, built from the spreadsheet your crew already uses.
- An intake form that writes a short summary for your staff before each appointment.
- A way to sort incoming messages by type, with a draft reply ready for someone to review.
- A tool that pulls the details out of an invoice and drafts the entry for someone to approve.
These are examples, not a menu. Every build starts with your problem, and a person approves anything that touches customers, money or records.
How we work
One problem at a time
-
Listen
We talk through how the work really happens today: what's slow, what gets dropped, and what tools you already use.
-
Find the first win
We pick one problem worth fixing and note where things stand now, so we can tell later whether it helped.
-
Build or train
We get more out of what you have first, train your team, or build something small if that's what it takes.
-
Check the result
We compare it to where you started and stay around to keep it running.
